Return, Replacement, cancellation and refund policy

Shipping:
• Your orders are delivered through our registered courier partners. Domestic orders are delivered within 5-15 business days, based on your location. Delays in delivery may occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances. However, we endeavor but do not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned during the purchase of the product.
• We will text message/email the detail of courier shipment (name of courier, tracking number) so that you can the track current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.
• Kindly furnish complete & accurate shipping address with a mobile number which will help us in delivering your order in time.
Return, replacement and refund:
All our products are handcrafted, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Hence, we do anticipate variation in shape, material and texture of materials among pieces. However these variations should not be viewed as a defect and in a generous view, not to be put under category for return and replacement.
Given this peculiar nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide amicable resolution as we deem fit.
However, in the following conditions, your purchase is eligible for return or replacement or refund:
• When a wrong product, mismatched description, is shipped, you do have the right to claim for a refund. You may also ask for the actual product at no extra shipping cost and we will ensure to deliver the right product to you on the condition of availability of stock.
• If the product received by you has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage (damage could have occurred during transit). In such case, you are eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact product is available in the stock. If an eligible product is out of stock, then we will notify you and will initiate refund process. Such exchange or refund process (a credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment) will take around 7-10 working days after the product is picked up from the given address.
If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, just write a mail at nichekrafts@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:
a) Order Number, your name, email ID, address, mobile number (used
for ordering) and provide the details, supported by an image, of what went wrong with the order.
b) For return of product please select "Return Requested" and complete the process required at our website. Kindly repack the product in its original packing with all the tags, packing and invoice slips. This packet would be picked up from the same address within 4-5 working days. In case of exchange, your new order will be sent within 4-5 working days after we receive your returned product.
You are advised not to receive/accept the package which seems tampered. One short video clip of unboxing will help in confirming the condition in which the product is received by you.

Cancellation
We believe you have made a well-informed decision before making the purchase on our website.
Kindly note:

You can cancel your orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Refund process due to cancellation of such order (a credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment) will take around 2-5-7 working days.

Orders already dispatched and in transit through our courier partners, will not be allowed for cancellation.
